What a busy month it’s been! Multiple birthdays, celebrations, a day trip to Lancaster, PA…I could go on, but let’s get right to it!
As a new monthly contributor for Die Cut Crazy Mag, I have found myself spending more time on the details of the cards I create. I also think about repurposing tools and materials for something unexpected, so that readers can create something that can be used for multiple situations.
With that said, I give you a peek into two recent creations–one is a birthday card for a VERY special boy, and the other an embellishment I keep finding uses for. I’m sure in the coming weeks I’ll think of more!
Then there’s a custom baby bunting I created for one of two colleagues, using really darling Elephant March fabric. I still have two more to do for a colleague who just had twin boys.
So what’s in store next? Well, I have about 10 fairs scheduled through early November, and have to get cracking this weekend on a ton of items that reflect the fall and holiday months, including shirt sleeve wine bags, plush pumpkins, garlands and paper punched ornaments.
All in all, a great opportunity to share old and new crafts with you. Hope you’ll keep checking in!
